• Orders placed before 10:00 AM (on business days) are shipped the very same day!
• Orders placed after 10:00 AM or on weekends/holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Partner and Delivery Time
We partner with the reliable courier service DHL to offer you the best possible service.

• DHL: €6 (Free shipping on orders over €100!)
• Delivery time: 1 – 3 business days

How your delivery works:

1. Confirmation: Immediately after your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
2. Dispatch: We carefully package your items and hand them over to DHL.
3. Tracking: As soon as your parcel is on its way, we will send you a tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment online at any time.
4. Delivery: The DHL courier usually delivers the parcel within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.

Important Note: Please check the parcel for visible damage upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged, we kindly ask you to report it directly to the courier or refuse acceptance. This helps us resolve damage claims quickly.
