Instructions on Cancellation
Consumers have a 14-day right of cancellation.
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (powermatic.eu, cs@powermatic.eu) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
